Carrollton Bank is an employee-owned bank led by the 5th generation of the family that founded the bank in 1877. It has 11 full-service offices, including 9 in the St. Louis metro area in Illinois and Missouri. Carrollton focuses on building long-term personal relationships with local business owners and all other success-minded individuals. Employees of the Alton Branch of Carrollton Bank make donations each year in exchange for "Jean Fridays" from October through December. We choose a different theme every year and provide donations during the holiday season to local charities based on the theme. Last year we collected canned goods and built a Christmas tree made out of them. This year employees donated board games, and we created a Candy Land Christmas theme tree and decor. We hope to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need.
